- Use at Your Own Risk: You use the App at your own risk. GuardMe does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of LiabilityGuardMe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other losses.
Governing LawThese Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, excluding its conflict of law principles.
